श्री सीता राम सिंह ने दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय से एम. ए.,, एलएल. बी और एलएल. एम. की डिग्री प्रथम श्रेणी में प्राप्त की थी। वह 996 में असिस््टेन्ट डायरेक्टर, आई. बी.(एम. एच. ए) के पद से सेवा निवृत हुए। नाकरी के बीच उन्होने भारतीय विद्या भवन, नई दिल्ली से ज्योतिष शास्त्र की शिक्षा ग्रहण की और अंपने ज्ञान को प्रखर करते रहे | सेवानिवृति क़े बाद वह पिछले दो दशक से जीवन की समस्याओं प्र लेख व पुस्तकें लिखने तथा व्यक्तिगत परामर्श देने में व्यस्त है। उनके लगभग 90 लेख हिन्दी व अंग्रेजी ज्योतिष पत्रिकाओं में प्रकाशित हो चुके है। इनमें से हिन्दी में 35 लेख और अंग्रेजी में 28 लेख इन्टरनेट पर उपलब्ध है। उनके ज्योतिष में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान के लिए 'अखिल भारतीय ज्योतिष संस्था संघ, दिल्ली' ने उन्हे “नक्षत्र प्रदर्शनी, 2044' प्रगति मैदान में 47. 02. 204 को 'दैवज्ञ शिरोमणि' की उपाधि से अंलकृत्त किया और गोल्ड मैडल प्रदान किया। पाठकों के हाथ में यह पुस्तक प्राचीन हस्त रेखा विज्ञान के मुख्य और महत्वपूर्ण सूत्रों को प्रस्तुत करती है, जिन्हे 50 से अधिक चित्रों द्वारा भली प्रकार समझाया गया है। आशा है कि लेखक के 'गागर में सागर' भरने के इस प्रयास को विद्वानो, विद्यार्थियों और जिज्ञासुओं का पूर्ण समर्थन प्राप्त होगा। उनके सुझाव सप्रेम आमंत्रित है।
